The Atlanta Regional Health Forum (ARHF) is an inclusive, multisectoral, results-oriented, nonpartisan coalition operating as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation dedicated to creating healthy local communities which ensure the highest health potential for each person within the ten core county region of metropolitan Atlanta. Our concept of health is as defined by the World Health Organization:
“Health is a state of complete physical, mental, social (and spiritual) well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
Membership in ARHF is open to any person or organization who wishes to help us pursue our vision (public, private, governmental, corporate, legal, education, business, managed care, community-at-large, etc.). There are working committees within the Forum giving members the opportunity to engage in projects based on their interest and experience.
